The professional counseling relationship can empower diverse individuals to accomplish and maintain mental health and competent functioning in important relationships.

 

It is the basis of all that I do with any individual and my work with each person I counsel is based on forming a caring connection, deep listening and support and assistance with understanding and solving the impediments to happy living.

 

Counseling is at the heart of everything I do and is core to me and my work of helping others navigate the minor and major dilemmas of life across the age span.
